Attorneys John & Shea Kuhn Help Support Congressman Henry Brown’s Re-election Campaign

Appearing in the Charleston City Paper, May 24, 2006, former Senator John Kuhn and his wife, Shea, co-hosted an event for Congressman Henry Brown’s re-election campaign. With them is John and Shea’s classmate from Vanderbilt, Jim Warrington, and his good friend Meredith Hartley.

In April 2006, local Charleston Representative and Congressman Henry Brown filmed his most recent television commercial at the Kuhn & Kuhn Law Firm on Broad Street. The staff of Kuhn & Kuhn Law Firm had the opportunity to actively participate in the filming of Congressman Brown’s commercial.

Attorney John Kuhn Appeared on Local Televisions C2 News in January

On January 13 through January 24, John Kuhn appeared on Comcast C2’s local television show (Channel 2), “Newsmakers.” He spoke about the importance of proper estate planning and how it can help you avoid some of the common pitfalls of probate, insuring that your estate actually goes to those individuals or charities you wish. John also explained how a living trust can eliminate the cost and time involved in a probate and will protect your estate if you become incapacitated by avoiding a conservatorship. In addition, he spoke briefly about his serving in the South Carolina State Senate.

Attorneys John and Shea Kuhn Celebrated the 250th Anniversary of Mozarts Birth

Appearing in the High Profile section of the Post & Courier on Saturday, Feb. 18th, Attorneys John and Shea Kuhn festively celebrated the 250th anniversary of Mozart’s birth. The Charleston Symphony Orchestra hosted the Mozart Birthday Bash which was held in Marion Square on January 27th. Guests were encouraged to arrive in period costume. Pictured (from left) are Shea and John Kuhn, and Corina and Thomas Fimian.

Friends & Family Seminar

On July 27, Kuhn and Kuhn Law Firm conducted a Friends & Family Estate Planning Seminar. The seminar covered the basics of estate planning, wills, trusts and the probate system.
